PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />SOLUTION NO 255 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Mr. Ted Ruhlkin, 20928 Redwood Road, <br />Castro Valley, for a Variance from Section 17.404, Ord. <br />No. 309, to allow a reduced site area, increased unit density, <br />reduced recreational space and reduced setbacks, as a matter for <br />reconsideration, in connection with the expansion of an existing <br />trailer park at 777, 779 and 785 Rose Avenue, in an RG -15 District, <br />has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the above -named Variance be <br />denied, and thereby Resolution No. 238, dated August 28, <br />1963, be rescinded. <br />Dated: November 27, 1963 <br />Philip andon, Chairman <br />ames M.'Fales, Jr., Secretary <br />
