RESOLUTION NO. 86-360 <br /> <br /> APPROVAL OF CONSULTANT AGREEMENTS FOR SURVEYING, SOILS AND <br /> <br /> STRUCTURAL EXPERTISE - VALLEY AVENUE EXTENSION <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1986-1 <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> On July 15, 1986, City Council awarded the contract for this <br /> <br /> project. In order for City forces to provide the <br />recommended level of inspection and control of the project, it is <br />necessary to contract with consultants with expertise in specific <br /> <br /> fields. <br /> <br /> Proposals were reviewed by staff and the firm of Creegan and <br /> D'Angelo was determined to be the most preferred. Their maximum <br /> <br /> fee of $97,2000.00 was the lowest submitted. <br /> <br /> The City Council therefore awards the consulting contract <br /> <br /> Creegan and D'Angelo. <br /> <br /> The City Council directs the City Clerk to publish a notice of <br /> <br /> award of contract. <br /> <br /> The City Council authorizes and directs the Mayor and the City <br /> Clerk to sign the written contract for this project when it is <br /> <br /> presented to them for signature. <br /> <br /> <br />
