PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 260 <br />RESOLVED: <br />Consideration having been given by the City Planning Commission <br />of Proposed Mobile Home Park Land Use; Annexation No. 33, Vineyard <br />Avenue Annex "A ", a parcel of approximately 30 acres located on <br />the north side of Vineyard Avenue, the following recommendations <br />are made to the City Council: <br />1. The City should proceed to complete the proposed annexation. <br />2. Upon annexation, the subject property should be zoned C -T, <br />Commercial Thoroughfare, with the specific provision that <br />the Owner will apply for Planned Unit Development Approval <br />for a mobile home park. <br />3. The requirements of Ordinance No. 309, the Zoning Ordinance, . <br />regarding mobile home parks should be met by the Owner. <br />4. The Owner should submit tentative and final improvement <br />plans for the subject development, similar to those re- <br />quired by Ordinance No. 358, the Subdivision Ordinance. <br />5. In addition, prior to final approval of the subject develop- <br />ment, the Owner should submit a complete set of plane approved <br />by the State of California, as required by Division 13, <br />Part 2, Health and Safety Code; and Title 8, Chapter 9, <br />Administrative Code. <br />6. Upon development of the subject mobile home park, the City <br />should acquire a recreation easement through that portion <br />of the subject property which lies within the banks of the <br />Arroyo del Valle, and should require that this area be <br />dedicated to the Alameda County Flood Control and Water <br />Conservation District for flood control purposes. <br />Dated: December 11, 1963 <br />ATTEST: <br />1 <br />ames M.
