PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 261 <br />WHEREAS, the application of W.J. Jacobson, 20880 Redwood Road, Castro <br />Valley, for a Variance from Sections 7.500 and 18.601 -1, <br />Ordinance No. 309, in order to extend an architectural detail roof <br />overhang into the front yard setback in excess of the 21/2 foot allowable <br />distance, to a distance of 11 feet, for a duplex structure located at <br />211 Junipero Drive, in an R -2 District, has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above -named Variance is hereby granted. <br />Dated: January 8, 1964 <br />Philip Landon, Chairman <br />
