PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 274 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Co., <br />177 Post Street, San Francisco, for a Conditional Use Permit, <br />under Section 16.200, Ord. No. 309, in order to construct an addition <br />to an existing public utility building located at 4341 Railroad Avenue <br />in an R -1 District, has erne before this Commicsicn; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, TIE 11 RESCLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Condii:ano1 Use Fermit is hereby granted subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />a. Owner shalt file a copy of a survey of the subject <br />property with the City prior to issuance of a building <br />permit. <br />b. Owner chni.i improve the street frontage of the subject <br />property to City standards within ninety days after <br />completion of the building addition. Such improvement <br />shall include construction of curb, gutter, sidewalk, <br />driveway approach, street trees, and tie -in paving as <br />may be required by the City Engineer. Plans for this <br />work shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer <br />at the Owner's expense and must be approved by the <br />cat: Eugineer prior Lo construction. <br />c.
