RESOLVED: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO, 279 <br />The City of Pleasanton Planning Commission does hereby recommend <br />to the City Council amendment of Ordinance No. 309 in order to <br />provide zoning districts to the area included in Annexation No. <br />31, Amador Valley Annex "D ", as follows: <br />1. For the area of Tract No. 2591, Pleasanton Valley, <br />approved February 20, 1964: <br />a. C -N - + 5 acres at the southeast corner of Nopyard <br />Road and Black Avenue. <br />b. RG -15 - + 3,1 acres on the south side of Black Avenue <br />trraa;;iateiy adia.ce:i In the east to the C -N District. <br />c. 1-1 - 'Clz remaining area of Tract No. 2591. <br />2.
