PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />misunical NO. 282 <br />WHEREAS, the application of R.A. Martin, 1091 Enderby Way, Sunnyvale, for <br />annexation to the City of Pleasanton of a parcel containing ap- <br />proximately 20 acrea, located southeasterly of the intersection of Pleaaanton- <br />Sunol Road and Sycamore Avenue; with a request for single- family residential <br />zoning classification upon annexation, has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The City Planning Commission does hereby recommend favorably <br />to the City Council annexation to the City of Pleasanton- <br />of the above -named property as Annexation No. 35, Pleasanton - <br />Sunol Annex "D ". <br />2.
