WHEREAS, the application <br />Permit in order <br />Pleasanton Lions Club on <br />of Neal St. and First St. <br />this commission; <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 286 <br />of the Planning Commission for a Conditional Use <br />to allow development of a public park by the <br />a parcel of property located on the northwest corner <br />, in a C -T and a C -G District, has come before <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The above -named Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted <br />subject to the following condition: <br />a.
