PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO, 290 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Wm. J. Jacobson, 221 Junipero St., for a <br />Zoning Permit in order to install an advertizing sign 47 feet <br />in height upon Lot 1, Tract No. 2517, 5302 Sunol Blvd., in a C -N District <br />has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the City of Pleasanton Planning Commission does hereby <br />grant said Zoning Permit subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Compliance with all of the conditions specified in approval <br />of Variance application No. V64 -3, as set forth in Plan- <br />ning Commission Resolution No. 284, dated March 25, 1964. <br />2.
