CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-354 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF DEED FROM PLEASANTON OAK PARK HOMEOWNERS <br /> ASSOCIATION FOR STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES FOR TRACT <br /> 4263, OAK PARK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a deed from Pleasanton Oak <br /> Park Homeowners Association to the City of Pleasanton, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> by this reference, for purposes of Street Right-of-Way; <br /> and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 5, 1986, the City Council <br /> received a report from the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities indicating that the acceptance of this deed is <br /> in the public interest; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The deed from Pleasanton Oak Park Homeowners <br /> Association to the City of Pleasanton for Street <br /> Right-of-Way is hereby accepted and the appropriate City <br /> officers are instructed to take whatever action <br /> necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 5, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Mercer, Mohr and Mayor Brandes <br /> NOES: <br /> ABSENT: Councilmembers Wood and Butler <br /> ABSTAIN: / j,J~.~ <br /> ATTEST: ~I~ .... <br /> KA~I~MOHR ! <br /> VICE MAYOR <br /> <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />~bPeter'D.
