PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, the application <br />a Zoning Permit <br />to construct 12 multiple <br />RG -25 District, has come <br />NOW, <br />RESOLUTION NO. 296 <br />of John M. Stanley, 3850 -J Vineyard Avenue, for <br />with Site Plan and Architectural Approval in order <br />dwelling units at 4275 Pleasanton Avenue, in an <br />before this Commission; <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The above -named Zoning Permit with Site Plan and Architectural <br />Approval is hereby granted subject to the following conditions: <br />a. Prior to issuance of a building permit, a complete <br />landscaping plan must be submitted and approved by <br />the City Engineer. <br />h. Prior to issuance of a building permit a complete <br />grcdtng End drainage plan must be submitted and <br />approved by the City Engineer. <br />c.
