Section 7. Candidates will pay a $25.00 filing fee at the time of filing <br />nomination papers. <br />Section 8. The City Clerk shall provide each candidate or the candidate's <br />representative with a copy of this Resolution at the time nomination petitions are <br />issued. <br />Section 9. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of <br />this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton at a regular meeting held on June 3, 2008. <br />I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the <br />foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held <br />on the 3rd day of June 2008, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Councilmembers McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Councilmembers Cook-Kallio <br />Absain: None <br />~~~ <br />Ka en Diaz, City Cle <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Michael H.
