PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1901 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A MODIFICATION FOR W. R. GRACE <br />DEVELOPMENT'S PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD-79-3). <br />WHEREAS, W. R. Grace has applied for a minor modification to their <br />Planned Unit Development already approved at Hopyard Road <br />near I-580 to allow cocktail lounges in this already <br />approved Planned Unit Development; and <br />WHEREAS, this matter was forwarded for Planning Commission action <br />because of traffic concerns expressed by the Planning <br />Commission on previous occasions relating to this area; and <br />WHEREAS, on September 10, 1980, the Planning Commission took public <br />testimony regarding this proposed change. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves the minor modification <br />for case PUD-79-3 as follows: <br />"Bars not part of restaurants and where complete meals are <br />not served" shall be an allowed use as part of case PUD-79-3. <br />Section 2.
