PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1903 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A GENERAL <br />PLAN AMENDMENT FOR ROBERT E. MEYER AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE GP-80- 3. <br />WHEREAS, Robert E. Meyer has applied for an amendment to the General <br />Plan which would change the land use designation of two <br />parcels consisting of a total of approximately 83 acres <br />located on the northwest corner of Hopyard Road and Stone- <br />ridge Drive from "General and Limited Industrial" to <br />"Industrial, Commercial and Offices;" and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission took public testimony concerning <br />this application and reviewed all reports and exhibits on <br />September 10, 1980; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that the proposed <br />change would not be detrimental to the orderly development <br />of the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. That this Commission recommends to the City Council that <br />the proposed general plan amendment, GP-80-3 be approved <br />changing the land use designation from "General and Limited <br />Industrial" to "Industrial, Commercial and Offices." <br />Section 2.
