financial contributions or dedications of land from developers <br />of new residential, industrial, commercial and warehouse con- <br /> ! <br />structi~n this District would not have financial resources <br /> <br />ade~at~ly provide sufficient educational facilities for all the <br />children residing in this District~ <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this Board finds, <br />based upon the report presented by the administration dated June <br />2, 1986, and oral testimony given to the Board, that conditions <br />of overcrowding exist within the entire attendance area of the <br />District, and that after evaluating all reasonable methods of <br />mitigation, no feasible method of mitigating overcrowding <br />exists~ <br /> <br /> AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Board notify the <br />City of Pleasanton of these findings of overcrowding, by having <br />the Superintendent serve a copy of this Resolution on the City <br />Council~ <br /> <br /> AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Board hereby <br />requests that the City Council require developers to dedicate <br />land and/or pay fees to the District for classroom and related <br />facilities and/or mitigate the impact on the schools in another <br />manner acceptable to both the City and the District.
