PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 1909 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A TENTATIVE MAP FOR TRACT 4671 AS FILED BY CHANG SU-O LIN. WHEREAS, Chang Su-O Lin has applied for tentative map approval for a 12-lot residential subdivision to be constructed on a 4.2 acre portion of a 36 acre site located on the west side of Santa Rita Road between the SPRR tracks and Laramie Gate Circle; and WHEREAS, the property is zoned R-1-6500 (Single-FAmily Residential) District; and ' WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on September 10, 1980 at which time all pertinent reports, documents and testimony were reviewed. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. The Planning Commission approves the Tentative Map for Tract 4671 for Chang Su-0 Lin subject to the conditions of the staff report and memorandum from Engineering Services dated September 10, 1980 with the following changes: Staff report to Planning Commission dated September 10, 1980, eliminate Condition No. 2, renumber the conditions and add: Condition No. 5. "That the functional Santa Rita the design City prior map;" and 3eveloper construct a noise barrier along Road and the SPRR tracks, to be approved by the to recordation of a final Report of Engineering Services dated September 10, 1980; change Condition No. 1 to read as follows: Condition No. 1. "That the 35' wide, Parcel A, be dedicated for park, trail or public purposes;" and Condition No. 16. "That electric power distribution and communication service systems are to be placed underground, in the tract, with the overhead systems (outside of the tract) to be worked out with PG&E at the developer's expense."
