PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1909 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A TENTATIVE MAP FOR TRACT <br />4671 AS FILED BY CHANG SU-O LIN. <br />WHEREAS, Chang Su-O Lin has applied for tentative map approval <br />for a 12-lot residential subdivision to be constructed <br />on a 4.2 acre portion of a 36 acre site located on the <br />west side of Santa Rita Road between the SPRR tracks <br />and Laramie Gate Circle; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned R-1-6500 (Single-FAmily Residential) <br />District; and ' <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on September 10, 1980 at which <br />time all pertinent reports, documents and testimony were <br />reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves the Tentative Map <br />for Tract 4671 for Chang Su-0 Lin subject to the <br />conditions of the staff report and memorandum from <br />Engineering Services dated September 10, 1980 with the <br />following changes: <br />Staff report to Planning Commission dated September 10, <br />1980, eliminate Condition No. 2, renumber the conditions <br />and add: <br />Condition No. 5. "That the <br />functional <br />Santa Rita <br />the design <br />City prior <br />map;" and <br />3eveloper construct a <br />noise barrier along <br />Road and the SPRR tracks, <br />to be approved by the <br />to recordation of a final <br />Report of Engineering Services dated September 10, 1980; <br />change Condition No. 1 to read as follows: <br />Condition No. 1. "That the 35' wide, Parcel A, be <br />dedicated for park, trail or public <br />purposes;" and <br />Condition No. 16. "That electric power distribution and <br />communication service systems are to <br />be placed underground, in the tract, <br />with the overhead systems (outside of <br />the tract) to be worked out with PG&E <br />at the developer's expense." <br />
