PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />-- COUNTY OF AT.AMFDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1913 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISS ON OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A USE PERMIT FOR LARRY STEPP <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-80-21. <br />WHEREAS, Larry Stepp has applied for a condit'onal use permit which <br />would allow swimming pool sales, sup lies and/or services <br />proposed to be located at 201 Spring Street; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned C-C (Central Commercial) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on October~8, 1980 at which time <br />all pertinent documents and testimon were considered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Section 1.
