PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 1914 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMM OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITI CROCKER HOMES AS FILED UNDER CASE )N OF THE CzTY USE PERMIT FOR SO-22. WHEREAS, Crocker Homes, Inc. has applied for conditional use permit for a model home complex and ales office for their approved residential subdivisi n for the 66 acre site located on the east side of Hop and Road between the Youth Sports Park and the Arroyo Mocho; and WHEREAS, the property is zoned R-1-6500 (Single-Family Residential) District; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on October 8, 1980 at which time all pertinent reports, documents and testimony were reviewed. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION Section 1. The Planning Commission approves to all of the conditions of the staf.
