PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1914 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMM <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITI <br />CROCKER HOMES AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />)N OF THE CzTY <br />USE PERMIT FOR <br />SO-22. <br />WHEREAS, Crocker Homes, Inc. has applied for conditional use <br />permit for a model home complex and ales office for <br />their approved residential subdivisi n for the 66 acre <br />site located on the east side of Hop and Road between <br />the Youth Sports Park and the Arroyo Mocho; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned R-1-6500 (Single-Family Residential) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on October 8, 1980 at which time <br />all pertinent reports, documents and testimony were reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves <br />to all of the conditions of the staf. <br />Commission dated October 8, 1980, at <br />part of this case by reference becau <br />findings could be made; except to ads <br />as follows: <br />THE FOLLOWING: <br />ase UP-80-22 subject <br />report to that <br />ached hereto and made <br />e all of the required <br />two additional conditions <br />That all public improvements require on Hopyard Road <br />entrance to Arthur Drive, Arthur Dri a from Hopyard to <br />Morgan Court intersection, and Morga Court shall be <br />completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer prior <br />to opening the models for use; and <br />All required work to return the mode home complex to <br />individual lot use shall be complete prior to final <br />sale and occupancy of the units. Th s will include <br />finished grading for lot drainage if required. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effe tive 15 days following <br />the October 8, 1980 public hearing o on the day following <br />the next City Council meeting, Octob r 15, 1980, whichever <br />is later. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission~o£ the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 8th day of October 1980 by th following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamies~ <br />Chairperson Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Lindsey and <br />
