PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1917 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSIO OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF HE APPLICATION <br />FILED UNDER CASE PUD-80-11, BY VALLEY C MMUNITY CHURCH <br />FOR REZONING <br />WHEREAS, Valley Community Church has applied to <br /> 2.3 acre site located on the north and <br /> proposed church site at the northeast <br /> Parkway approximately 200' east of Har <br /> "Public and Institutional" to "Planned <br /> Medium Density Residential" District; <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on November <br /> time all public testimony and exhibits <br />WHEREAS, the requested zoning is in accordance ' <br /> Plan of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVE: <br />Section 1.
