PLANNING COMMISSION <br />r- CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1919 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSIO OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A GENERAL <br />PLAN AMENDMENT AS FILED BY THE SOUTHE PACIFIC <br />RAILROAD LAND COMPANY UNDER CASE GP-80 9 <br />WHEREAS, the Southern Pacific Railroad Land Com any has applied <br />for a general plan amendment which wou d change the land <br />use designation of an approximately 0. + acre parcel <br />bounded by Abbie Street, First Street, Angela Street and <br />the SPRR right-of-way from "Open Space -- Parks and <br />Recreation" to "Commercial and Offices;" and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on November 2, 1980 at which <br />time all pertinent testimony and docum nts were reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVE THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />recommends the 0.8+ acre parcel bounde by Abbie Street, <br />First Street, Angela Street and the SP R right-of-way <br />~' be changed from "Open Space -- Parks a d Recreation" to <br />"Commercial and Offices." <br />Section 2.
