PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />- COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1920 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN ORDINANCE <br />CODE AMENDMENT AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-8 -11 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has applied to amend S ction 2-9.40 <br />of Article 18, Chapter 2, Title II of t e Ordinance Code <br />of the City of Pleasanton which would r gulate political <br />and other temporary signs; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on November 12, 1980 at which <br />time all pertinent testimony and draft rdinance were <br />reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City f Pleasanton <br />recommends adoption of Section 2-9.40 of Article 18, <br />Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code as described <br />in the staff report of November 12, 1980 <br />Section 2.
