PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1923 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING <br />A USE PERMIT FOR FARIS A. REALI FILED UNDER CASE <br />UP-80-36 <br />WHEREAS, Faris A. Reali has applied for a conditional use permit <br />for a daycare center for a maximum of 12 children to be <br />located at her residence at 3968 Empire Court; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned R-1-6500 (Single-Family Residential) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on December,10, 1980 at which <br />time all public testimony and exhibits were reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves <br />to all of the conditions of the sta <br />Commission dated December 10, 1980, <br />made part of this case by reference <br />required findings as listed in that <br />with the following modifications; <br />case UP-80-36 subject <br />Ef report to that <br />attached hereto and <br />because all of the <br />report could be made, <br />Condition No. 1 <br />That this use permit is granted for daycare for a <br />maximum of 7 children including the applicant's own." <br />Condition No. 8 <br />That this use permit shall be reviewed after six <br />months and may be extended by the Staff if no viola- <br />tions have occurred." <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days following <br />the date of the hearing. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 10th day of December 1980 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson and Taindsey <br />NOES: Commissioner Getty and Chairperson Wilson <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: December 10, 1960 <br />
