PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1924 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION, CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING A USE PERMIT FOR CHRISTINE <br />HOPTRY AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-80-37 <br />WHEREAS, Chirstine Hoptry has applied for a conditional use permit <br />which would allow a daycare center for up to 12 children <br />at her residence which is located at 4123 Payne Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-Family <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held December 10, 1980 at which time <br />all public testimony and pertinent exhibits were reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves case UP-80-37 subject <br />to the conditions of the staff report to that Commission <br />dated December 10, 1980 because all of the required find- <br />ings listed in that report could be made, with the follow- <br />ing modifications; <br />Condition No. 1 <br />That this use permit is granted for day care for a <br />maximum of 7 children including the applicant's own." <br />Condition No. 8 <br />That this use permit shall be reviewed after six months <br />and may be extended by the Staff if no violations have <br />occurred. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days following <br />the date of the hearing. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 10th day of December 1980 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson and Lindsey <br />NOES: Commissioner Getty <br />ABSTAIN: Chairperson Wilson <br />ABSENT: None <br />DATE: December 10, 1980 <br />ATTEST: <br />Robert J.
