PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1925 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-80-14 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton has made <br />application to amend Section 2-5.38, Article 3, Chapter <br />2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton <br />to change the rear yard setback and open space requirements <br />for the R-1-6500, R-1-7500, R-1-8500 and RM-4000 residen- <br />tial districts; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on December 10, 1980 at which <br />time all public testimony and exhibits were reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />recommends approval of amending Section 2-5.38, Article <br />_ 3, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City <br />of Pleasanton to change the rear yard setback and open <br />space requirements for the R-1-6500, R-1-7500, R-1-8500 <br />and RM-4000 residential districts as shown on the staff <br />report of December 10, 1980 attached to and made part <br />of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 10th day of December 1980 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey and Chairperson Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Jamieson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: December 10, 1980 <br />ATTEST: <br />Robert J.
