PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1927 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING <br />APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-80-12 <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has <br />applied to zone a portion of the recently annexed property <br />included in Annexation 78 consisting of approximately 127 <br />acres located east of the extension of Valley Avenue <br />between Bernal Avenue and the Arroyo Del Valle to the <br />R-1-6500, R-1-7500, R-1-8500, R-1-10,000, R-1-20,000 and <br />Public and Institutional District or any other zoning <br />district consistent with the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on December 10, 1980 at which <br />time all public testimony and documents were reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends that the appropriate <br />_ zoning for the residential portion of the subject area <br />(the Rose Lane area) is the A (Agricultural) District; <br />and the Fairgrounds portion of the subject area should <br />be rezoned "P" (Public and Institutional) District. <br />Section 2.
