PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1928 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON INITIATING AN APPLICATION FOR ZONING CHANGE <br />FOR THE ALAMEDA COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on December <br />10, 1980 at which time they considered zoning of recently <br />annexed property; and <br />WHEREAS, in a report dated December 10, 1980, the Director of <br />Planning and Community Development suggested to the <br />Planning Commission that they consider rezoning certain <br />Fairgrounds property because a Fairgrounds is not allowed <br />use in the A (Agricultural) District. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />initiates a request for zoning change for the Alameda <br />_. County Fairgrounds property to a district suitable for <br />the use thereon. <br />Section 2.
