The following standards shall be utilized in the design <br />and construction of all buildings on the site: <br />a. The front setback of all buildings shall be <br />as shown on the development plan, side setbacks <br />may be reduced to zero feet where a minimum of <br />20 ft. is maintained on one side, the minimum <br />distance between buildings shall be 40 ft. unless <br />directly abutted by another structure, and rear <br />setbacks may be zero feet depending upon the <br />location of adjacent structures. <br />
