PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1940 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A USE PERMIT FOR HERITAGE <br />INVESTMENTS AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-80-41. <br />WHEREAS, Heritage Investments have applied for a use permit which <br />would allow a supermarket and hardware store at their <br />proposed shopping center to be located on a 7.8 acre site <br />located on the southeast corner of West Las Positas and <br />Santa Rita Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned C-N (Neighborhood Commercial) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on January 14, 1981 at which <br />time all public testimony and documents were reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves case UP-80-41 <br />subject to all of the conditions of the staff report <br />_ to that Commission dated 1/14/81, attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference because all of the <br />required findings shown thereon can be made. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 14th day of January 1981 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Lindsey and <br />Chairperson Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: January 14, 1981 <br />ATTEST: <br /><~ <br />Robert J.
