PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1941 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR <br />TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 4239 FOR JOE BOATRIGHT. <br />WHEREAS, Joe E. Boatright has applied for an 18 month extension <br />to his approved tentative tract map from the expiration <br />date of January 16, 1981; and <br />WHEREAS, it is required that a request for an extension go before <br />the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. That because no final map has yet been filed for the <br />lower (eastern) 17 lots of this subdivision and it has <br />been almost one year since the original tentative map was <br />approved, it faces expiration unless an extension is <br />granted by the Planning Commission, and the City of <br />Pleasanton's Subdivision Ordinance allows a one year <br />extension, the Planning Commission approves a one year <br />extension for Tract 4239. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 15th day of January 1981 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson and Chairperson Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Lindsey <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: January 15, 1981 <br />ATTEST: <br />_ ~ <br />Robert J.
