PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1942 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A TENTATIVE MAP NO. 4770 <br />FOR CROCKER HOMES. <br />WHEREAS, Crocker Homes has applied for tentative map approval for <br />a 10 lot single-family residential subdivision of a 2.6± <br />acre site located immediately south of the Arroyo Mocho <br />Canal and the Youth Sports Park and east of their current <br />development; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned R-1-6500 (Single-Family Residential) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Planning Commission on <br />January 15, 1981 at which time all public input and related <br />documents were considered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />approves Tentative Tract Map 4770 subject to the <br />conditions of the staff report of January 14, 1981. <br />Section 2.
