5. That because of the projected noise levels along <br />Santa Rita Road, all front units (Units 1 through 3, <br />5 and ,b, and 4J shall be built in such a manner as to <br />effect a noise reduction of. at least 25 dBA. <br />6. That in order to facilitate quicker Fire Department <br />response, there shall be gates in all patio fences. <br />7. That the transformer shown in the northwestern <br />corner of the property either be moved to the rear <br />of the property or completely undergrounded. <br />8. That the developer acknowledges that the City of <br />Pleasanton does not guarantee the availability of <br />sufficient sewer capacity to serve this development <br />by approval of this project and that the developer <br />agrees and acknowledges that building permit approval <br />may be withheld if sewer capacity is found by the <br />City not to be available. <br />9. That the street numbers of the buildings be posted so <br />as to be easily seen from the street at all times, day <br />and night. <br />10. That all ducts, meters, air conditioning equipment, and <br />any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, <br />on the ground, or elsewhere, be effectively screened <br />from view with materials architecturally compatible <br />with the main structure. <br />11. That all mechanical equipment be constructed in such a <br />manner that noise emanating from it will not be per- <br />ceptible at or beyond the property plane of the subject <br />property in a normal environment for that zoning district. <br />12. That all lighting be constructed in such a manner that <br />glare is directed away from surrounding properties and <br />rights-of-way. <br />13. That all trash and refuse be contained completely within <br />enclosures architecturally compatible with the main <br />structure. <br />14. That all trees used in landscaping be a minimum of <br />15 gallons in size and all shrubs a minimum of <br />5 gallons. <br />-2, <br />
