PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1952 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING <br />A USE PERMIT FOR ROBERT EDGREN AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE UP-80-42. <br />WHEREAS, Robert Edgren has applied for a conditional use permit <br />to allow an automotive repair service in a 2700 sq. ft. <br />space at 3686 Washington Street; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is Zoned C-S (Commercial Service) District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on February 17, 1981 at which <br />time all pertinent documents and testimony were received. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves case UP-80-42 subject <br />to all of the conditions of the sff report to that <br />Commission dated 2/17/81, attached hereto and made part <br />of this case by reference, because all of the required <br />findings shown thereon can be made. <br />Section 2.
