PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1958 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING <br />TENTATIVE MAP TRACT 4805 FOR HERITAGE CONSTRUCTION <br />WHEREAS, Heritage Construction Company has applied for tentative <br />map approval of Tract 4805 for a proposed 11 lot single- <br />family townhouse subdivision of approximately 7 acres of land <br />at the southwest corner of Pico and Vineyard Avenues; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development-Medium <br />Density Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held 2/17/81 at which time all <br />pertinent documents and testimony were received. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that Tentative Map for <br />Tract 4805 is in conformance with the General Plan of the <br />City of Pleasanton. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton approves <br />Tentative Map Tract 4805 subject to the conditions shown <br />on the staff report and report of engineering services <br />dated 2/17/81. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 17th day of February, 1981 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Lindsey and <br />Chairperson Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />DATE: February 17, 1981 <br />ATTEST: <br />Robert J.
