PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1960 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING <br />TENTATIVE MAP TRACT 4781 FOR FOOTHILL ASSOCIATES. <br />WHEREAS, Foothill Associates has applied for tentative map approval <br />for Tract 4781, for a proposed 16 single-family residential <br />subdivision of approximately 9.8 acres of land located <br />at the northeast corner of Muirwood Drive South and Foothill <br />Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-20,000 (Single-Family <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held 2/17/81 at which time all pertinent <br />documents and testimony were received. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission finds Tentative Map for <br />Tract 4781 is in conformance with the General Plan of <br />the City of Pleasanton. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />_ approves Tentative Map Tract 4781 subject to the conditions <br />shown on the staff report and report of engineering services <br />dated 2/17/81, and eliminating the sidewalks on the short <br />cul-de-sac. <br />Section 3.
