Res. 1962 Page 5 25. That all loading areas shall be screened from streets and non-industrial properties adjoining developer's project. 26. That the parking standards shown on the development plan for the "Light Industry" and "Corporate Head- quarters" areas may be used as a guide, but that all final parking requirements for these areas shall be determined on a case by case basis at the time of design review; parking standards for the remaining areas (offices and commercial) shall be per the Pleasanton Ordinance Code except as modified to allow compact car parking. 27. That permitted and conditionally permitted uses on the subject property shall be as follows: Light Industrial Uses A. All industrial uses, activities and processes allowed in Section 2-7.20(1) (Permitted Uses, I-P District), Article 9, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton. B. Industrial support and service facilities to include activities limited to the servicing of businesses on the subject property or servicing of products produced on the site, such as: repair and maintenance of appliances or com- ponent parts; tooling; printers; testing shops; small machine shops; copying; photo engraving, etc. C. Accessory uses and structures when related to and incidental to a permitted use. D. Warehousing and distribution type industrial uses (not including the storage of radioactive materials or fuel or flammable liquids). E. Manufacturing or combining processes of phar- maceutical products, provided no noxious or offensive fumes or odors are produced. F. Manufacturing or combining processes of bio- logical products, provided no noxious or offensive fumes or odors are produced. G. Sales at wholesale, or sales to the ultimate consumer of products made to the customers orders.
