That the developer's engineer submit preliminary design <br />calculations, criteria, and assumptions in bound, <br />8-1/2" x 11" or 8-1/2" x 14" format which set forth <br />the basis for design for the sewer, water, and storm <br />drain systems as well as relevant information con- <br />cerning soils, traffic, etc. <br />52. That approval of the water distribution system be <br />withheld pending final design and subsequent approval <br />by the City Engineer. <br />53. That approval of the sanitary sewer collection system <br />be withheld pending final design and subsequent approval <br />by the City Engineer. <br />54. That approval of the storm drainage system be withheld <br />pending final design and subsequent approval by the <br />City Engineer. <br />55. That all applicable requirements of the Alameda County <br />Flood Control District be met. <br />56. That the development shall provide on-site private <br />security guards. <br />Conditions Necessary to Mitigate Significant Impacts Determined <br />in the Mitigated Negative Declaration Prepared for Case PUD-80-16 <br />57. That a maintenance fund be established through the <br />assessment district which is created to finance the <br />public improvements within the. Meyer development to <br />provide funds for the maintenance and repair of the <br />applicable portions of Hopyard Road and Stoneridge <br />Drive and all internal dedicated public streets. <br />58. That the following street sections be used within the <br />Meyer development: <br />T e A: <br />y-eight foot (48') wide curb to curb street <br />with a marked centerline as shown in Attachment 7. <br />This street can function initially as a two lane street <br />with parking on each side. At such time in the <br />future as increased traffic warrants, it can be <br />revised by additional striping and by the addition <br />of no parking signs to provide for two lanes in <br />each direction. This is intended primarily for the <br />light industrial areas. (See Attachment 7) <br />
