PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1965 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING <br />A USE PERMIT FOR WARMINGTON HOMES AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE UP-81-3. <br />WHEREAS, Warmington Homes has applied for a conditional use permit <br />which would allow the development of a model home complex <br />and sales office to be located approximately 250 ft. south <br />of Fairlands Drive on the extension of Gulfstream Road; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on March 11, 1981 at which time <br />all public testimony and exhibits were reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves case UP-81-3 for <br />Warmington Homes subject to the conditions of the staff <br />report to that Commission dated March 11, 1981 because <br />all of the required findings listed in that report could <br />be made. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days from the <br />date of the adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 11th day of March 1981 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Lindsey and <br />Chairperson Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: March 11, 1981 <br />ATTEST: <br />I -iY/~~v <br />Robert J.
