PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 1966 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR A USE PERMIT FOR NORTHWOOD HOMES AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-81-4. WHEREAS, Northwood Homes has applied for a conditional use permit to allow a model home complex and sales office to be located on Pecan Court near Muirwood Drive; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development- Medium Density Residential) District; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on March 11, 1981 at which time all pertinent documents and testimony were reviewed; and WHEREAS, said proposal was based upon an Initial Study done pursuant to the Environmental Impact Guidelines and Procedures adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton by Resolution No. 77-66; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at its meeting of March 11, 1981 received the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration in a report from the Director of Planning and Community Development dated March 11, 1981 regarding the afore- mentioned project; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission was advised by the City Attorney of its responsibilities in reviewing the proposed Negative Declaration and the determinations required by Section 5.4 (e) of Resolution No. 77-66; and WHEREAS, each member of the Planning Commission had before him/her copies of Resolution No. 77-66 at the time of considering the proposed environmental assessment, which had previously been published in the Pleasanton Times, at the time of the public hearing on the aforementioned project; and WHEREAS, upon receipt of the staff report and public input, the Planning Commission reviewed the provisions of the City's Guidelines and Processing Procedures for the evaluation of projects and preparation of Environmental Impact Reports in order to determine if a Negative Declaration is appro- priate for the project and what mitigation measures, if any, must be undertaken to ensure that the project will not have a significant impact upon the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
