PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1967 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A MODEL HOME COMPLEX <br />FOR NORTHWOOD HOMES AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-81-4. <br />WHEREAS, Northwood Homes has applied for a conditional use permit <br />to allow a model home complex and sales office to be <br />located on Pecan Court near Muirwood Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on March 11, 1981 at which <br />time all public testimony and exhibits were reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves case UP-81-4 for Northwood <br />Homes subject to the conditions of the staff report to <br />that Commission dated March 11, 1981 because all of the <br />required findings listed in that report could be made. <br />Section 2.
