PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1970 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING <br />THE TENTATIVE MAP FOR TRACT 4821, CALMORE ASSOCIATES. <br />WHEREAS, Calmore Associates has applied to subdivide a 4.42± <br />acre parcel into 36 townhouse lots and one common area. <br />The parcel is located north of West Las Positas and east <br />of Fairlands Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development- <br />Medium Density Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on March 11, 1981 at which time <br />all pertinent testimony and documents were reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission finds Tentative Map for Tract <br />4821 is in conformance with the General Plan of the City <br />of Pleasanton. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />_ approves Tentative Map for Tract 4821 subject to the <br />conditions shown on the staff report and report of <br />engineering services dated 3/11/81. <br />Section 3.
