PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1971 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING <br />THE TENTATIVE MAP FOR TRACT 4827, AS FILED BY <br />CHANG SU-O LIN. <br />WHEREAS, Chang Su-O Lin has applied to subdivide a 26.4 acre parcel <br />into 86 lots. The site is located between Mohr Avenue <br />and the Southern Pacific Railroad tracks south of the <br />Arroyo Mocho. The Sutter Gate Avenue extension traverses <br />the property; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-Family <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on March 11, 1981 at which time <br />all pertinent testimony and documents were reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission finds Tentative Map for <br />Tract 4827 is in conformance with the General Plan. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />approves Tentative Map for Tract 4827 subject to the <br />conditions shown on the staff report and report of <br />engineering services dated March 11, 1981, modifying <br />condition number 3 to read as follows: <br />3. That the developer dedicate Parcel A to the City, <br />in fee, for access and public utility and park <br />purposes. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 11th day of March 1981 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson and Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Chairperson Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: March 11, 1981 <br />ATTEST: ^ <br />/, ~~ <br />Robert J.
