PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1973 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING <br />ELEVATIONS AND SITE PLANS FOR CENTEX HOMES AS <br />CONDITIONED BY PUD-79-11. <br />WHEREAS, as conditions of <br />Centex Homes and <br />Harbour Company, <br />in the project m <br />Commission prior <br />map; and <br />approval of PUD-79-11 proposed by <br />now being carried forward by Cork <br />the design and siting of the homes <br />ast be approved by the Planning <br />to approval of the final subdivision <br />WHEREAS, the siting of the homes on the lots varies somewhat <br />from that shown on the original proposal of Centex Homes <br />because the footprints of the Cork Harbour models are <br />generally larger than those of Centex; and <br />WHEREAS, on March 18, 1981, the Planning Commission considered <br />the elevations and site plans for case PUD-79-11 as <br />well as concerns of certain citizens. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves the site plans and <br />design of the homes for case PUD-79-11 subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the developer submit to the Building Division <br />plans substantially conforming to those o£ the models <br />shown on the drawings submitted and on file with the <br />Planning Division prior to the issuance of building <br />permits; <br />2. That wherever possible two-story structures shall <br />be separated by at least 20 ft.; and <br />3. That all of the conditions of PUD-79-11 shall be <br />adhered to in the development of this project and <br />where provisions of any map, plan or drawing filed <br />with reference to this project conflict with the <br />text of those conditions the text shall prevail. <br />4. That the applicant will execute the visual easement <br />and provide it to the City of Pleasanton, who in <br />turn will notify, by certified mail, all the property <br />owners on Angela Street and Mirador Drive whose <br />whose property is contiguous to the development <br />that the visual easements are ready to be recorded. <br />Said notification will be given 60 days prior <br />to recordation. <br />
