PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1975 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION CONCURRING <br />WITH AN ADMINISTRATIVELY APPROVED MODIFICATION TO <br />CASE PUD-80-5 FOR JOSEPH MADDEN. <br />WHEREAS, Joseph Madden has applied for a modification to his <br />approved Planned Unit Development filed under case <br />PUD-80-5; and <br />WHEREAS, a letter agreement was entered into between Mr. Madden <br />and the City Council calling for 20~ lower income housing <br />for his proposed condominium development on Vineyard <br />Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, there is a letter granting an administrative minor <br />modification to PUD-80-5 and that the modification is <br />based upon the 20~ factor; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council and Planning Commission have 20 days <br />to appeal the decision. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission concurs with the minor modi- <br />fication to PUD-80-5 as administratively granted and <br />agrees that the letter agreement is in substantial <br />compliance with Condition No. 3 of the approved Planned <br />Unit Development. <br />Section 2.
