PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 1975 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON INITIATING AN APPLICATION TO REZONE 8.3 ACRES OWNED BY SAN FRANCISCO WATER DEPARTMENT. WHEREAS, Alfred Fromm applied for zoning and development plan approval 'for a 96 acre site located at the northeast corner of Bernal Avenue and I-680, south of the Arroyo Del Valle; and WHEREAS, the San Francisco Water Department has property consisting of 8.3 acres which is a peninsula of land extending into the heart of the Alfred Fromm property and extending northward along the eastern boundary of the Fromm property to the proposed location of Valley Avenue; and WHEREAS, the Fromm application was considered at a public hearing of the Planning Commission of April 6, 1981; and WHEREAS, Mr. Fromm's proposal was recommended for approval. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. The Planning Commission hereby initiates an application to rezone the approximate 8.3± acre property owned by San Francisco Water Department hereby described as a peninsula of land extending westward into the heart of the Alfred Fromm property and extending northward along the eastern boundary of the Fromm property to the proposed location of Valley Avenue to any zoning district consistent with the general plan. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
