PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1979 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN ORDINANCE <br />CODE CHANGE AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-81-4 <br />WHEREAS, The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has <br />applied for an Ordinance Code amendment to Article 19, <br />25, 26 and 30 of Chapter 2, Title II which would allow <br />administrative approval of time extensions for projects <br />which now have a one-year expiration; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on April 8, 1981 at which time <br />all pertinent documents and testimony were reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends approval of the <br />proposed ordinance change as filed under case RZ-81-4. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 8th day of April 1981 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Lindsey and <br />Chairperson Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: April 8, 1981 <br />ATTEST: <br />l~^z~ <br />Robert J.
