PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1980 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING ELEVATIONS AND SITING PLANS <br />FOR MISSION PARK, PUD-77-10 <br />WHEREAS, as one of the conditions of approval of the Planned <br />Unit Development for Mission Hill (PUD-77-10) the <br />exterior design of all homes is to be approved by the <br />Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, special design criteria were attached to all homes in <br />the development which would be visible from outside of <br />the development; and <br />WHEREAS, Blackwell Homes, who will be the developer of Mission <br />Hill, has submitted elevations for their homes; and <br />WHEREAS, the elevations have incorporated all of the special <br />design criteria required by the Planned Unit Development. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton is <br />'- satisfied with design of the houses as proposed and the <br />Planning Commission approves the home elevations as <br />submitted and as on file with the Planning Division. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 8th day of April 1981 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Lindsey and <br />Chairperson Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: April 6, 1981 <br />ATTEST: <br />A ~~~~- <br />Robert J.
