PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1981 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON DENYING A USE PERMIT FOR <br />CECILE LEMSON & MARIJKE SPILMAN AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE UP-81-5 <br />WHEREAS, Cecile Lemson and Marijke Spilman have applied for a <br />conditional use permit which would allow theraputic <br />body massage in the full service beauty salon at <br />3506-A Old Santa Rita Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned C-C (Central Commercial) District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on May 13, 1981 at which time <br />all pertinent documents and testimony were reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission denies case UP-81-5 because <br />a motion was made and seconded that all findings were <br />_ made and subjected the approval to the three conditions <br />of the staff report, but the vote ended in a tie. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />from the date of passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 13th day of May 1981 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty and Jamieson <br />NOES: Commissioner Lindsey and Vice Chairperson Getty <br />ABSENT: Chairperson Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: May 13, 1981 <br />ATTEST: <br />Robert J:~fi'arris, Secretary.
