PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1982 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT FOR HAGSTROM PROPERTIES & GEORGE COLE <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-81-6 <br />WHEREAS, Hagstrom Properties and George Cole have applied for <br />a conditional use permit to operate a restricted access <br />and/or free parking lot on the parcel adjacent and to <br />the south of 652 Main Street (Pleasanton Foods) now used <br />for unrestricted local parking; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-C (Central Commercial) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on May 13, 1981 before the <br />Planning Commission, at which time all pertinent reports, <br />documents and testimony were received; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made the findings that: <br />A. That the proposed location of the conditional <br />use is in accord with the objectives of this <br />chapter and the purposes of the district in <br />which the site is located; and <br />B. that the proposed location of the conditional <br />use and the conditions under which it would be <br />operated or maintained will not be detrimental <br />to the public health, safety or welfare or be <br />materially injurious to properties or improve- <br />ments in the vicinity; and <br />C. that the proposed conditional use will comply <br />with each of the applicable provisions of this <br />chapter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves case UP-81-6 subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That this application be reviewed six months from <br />May 13, 1981 whether or not the applicant chooses <br />to continue using a parking lot attendant and booth. <br />2. That any fees incurred for the six month review <br />(Condition No. 1) shall be waived. <br />3. That the striping of the parking lot shall remain <br />as it is now. <br />/// <br />
