PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1983 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF <br />DESIGN REVIEW AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-81-46 <br />WHEREAS, the Pleasanton Council Chambers, Inc. applied for design review <br />approval which would allow the construction of an <br />approximately 2800 sq. ft. council chamber and con- <br />ference room to be located on the northeastern portion <br />of the Civic Center located at 200 Bernal Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned "P"C/O (Public/Civic Overlay) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on May 13, 1981 before the <br />Planning Commission at which time all pertinent reports, <br />documents and testimony were received. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />recommends approval of case Z-81-46 subject to the <br />conditions of the staff report of May 13, 1981. <br />Section 2.
