Res. 1985 <br />Page 7 <br />No. 2 of the Land Use Committee Recommendations <br />Move the park presently shown at the northwest quadrant <br />of the intersection of Stoneridge Drive and I-680 to the <br />middle of the 88 acre "High Density Residential" site <br />located between the Stoneridge shopping center and I-680 <br />and reduce it in size to 5 acres, making the entire 10 <br />acre park site residential. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Motion: Commissioner Doherty <br />Second: Commissioner Lindsey <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey <br />and Vice Chairperson Getty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Chairperson Wilson <br />No. 7, 8 and 9 of the Land Use Committee Recommendations <br />Change the area between the Arroyo Mocho, Hopyard Road, <br />West Las Positas/Stoneridge and the Southern Pacific <br />Railroad tracks from "General and Limited Industrial" to <br />"High Density Residential," excluding the westernmost <br />5 to 10 acres. <br />Change the westernmost 5 to 10 acres mentioned in the <br />paragraph above from "General and Limited Industrial" <br />to "Commercial and Offices." This area should remain <br />"Industrial" if the remainder of the area mentioned <br />in the paragraph above is not changed to "High Density <br />Residential;" and <br />Place a 5 acre neighborhood park within the area described <br />in paragraph 1 above. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Motion: Commissioner Jamieson <br />Second: Commissioner Doherty <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey <br />and Vice Chairperson Getty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Chairperson Wilson <br />/// <br />
